Green Juice #1

1/2 head of romaine lettuce
3 stalks of kale
2 celery ribs
1 fuji or granny smith apple (fuji will be sweeter, granny smith will be more tart)
1 lemon (peeled)
1 1-inch piece of ginger
1 dash of cayenne pepper

Green Juice #2

3 stalks of kale
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 bunch of cilantro
2 celery ribs
1/2 a lemon (peeled)

Green Juice #3

1 cucumber
3 celery ribs
2 stalks of kale
1 lemon (peeled)
1 handful of mint

Wash and roughly chop ingredients. Add to juicer, alternating ingredients to make sure it mixes well. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes (or straight up) and enjoy! Be sure to always use organic produce. Let us know what you think!
