Juicing is a fantastic way to get loads of nutrients without having to eat pounds of veggies. Turning vegetables into juice allows your body to absorb the nutrients easily and efficiently. It’s very important to make juices that you enjoy drinking so we’ve compiled three of the best tasting green juice recipes for you.

Green Juice #1

1/2 head of romaine lettuce
3 stalks of kale
2 celery ribs
1 fuji or granny smith apple (fuji will be sweeter, granny smith will be more tart)
1 lemon (peeled)
1 1-inch piece of ginger
1 dash of cayenne pepper

Green Juice #2

3 stalks of kale
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 bunch of cilantro
2 celery ribs
1/2 a lemon (peeled)

Green Juice #3

1 cucumber
3 celery ribs
2 stalks of kale
1 lemon (peeled)
1 handful of mint

Wash and roughly chop ingredients. Add to juicer, alternating ingredients to make sure it mixes well. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes (or straight up) and enjoy! Be sure to always use organic produce. Let us know what you think!
